Weiwei LUO is a Research Assistant in Yunnan Academy of Scientific and Technical Information (YASTI), Kunming, China. Previously, she holds a Bachelor’s Degree which is majored in Finance and minored in Economics from Eastern Washington University, United States, a Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Management and Business Administration from Yunnan University, China. She has been in the Dean’s Honor Roll and graduated with distinction. She also holds a Master’s in Finance and Investment from University of Nottingham, United Kingdom. Currently, she is a PhD. Candidate in new and renewable energy promotion mechanism in South and Southeast Asia, and also a Registered Technology Transfer Professional candidate from Associate of Technology Transfer Professionals (ATTP). As a research assistant at YASTI, she has contributed in international technology transfer with an emphasis in new and renewable energy aspect.
