Dr. Yuyang Li is an associate professor at School of Mechanical Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He completed his PhD in Engineering Thermophysics in 2010 at University of Science and Technology of China. His research interests are focused on the combustion energy utilization, chemistry in energy conversion, and diagnostics of energy-related processes. He received the Bernard Lewis Fellowship from the Combustion Institute (CI) in 2010 (a prestigious international award for combustion scientists and engineers under 35) and the National Science Fund for Excellent Young Scholars from the National Natural Science Fundation of China (NSFC) in 2016. He has co-authored more than 90 peer-reviewed journal papers and supervised/co-supervised more than 10 postdocs and PhD students.
