What is the last date to apply?
24 October 2024

Who is eligible?
Under the age of 40 (as on 1 November 2024), researching/working within India.

What should the application contain?
The application should contain the following in a single PDF file (in the same order)
Filled in form, along with the nomination (by the head of the institution)
Recommendation letter from supervisor/head of the department
Resume
Copy of Passport with front and back pages

Note: Applications without all of the above will not be considered for the selection process

Who will book the tickets?
If selected, NIAS will book the tickets for the applicant.

Who will apply for visa?
NIAS will receive a formal invitation letter from Russia and share it with the participants for application. Upon receiving the formal invitation, applicants must individually apply for their visas.
