About:
Subhash NN is a Scientist/Engineer in Medical Device Engineering at SCTIMST, Govt. of India. Previously, he worked as an Engineer in Technology Advancement at EATON from 2012 to 2014. He has over 9 years of experience in New Product Development, engaging with industry for collaborative research, and Lab-to-Market transitions. Currently he is pursuing his PhD at Center for Non Destructive Evaluation, Department of Mechanical Engineering at IIT Madras. He completed his B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Govt. Engineering College Barton Hill Trivandrum in 2010, and M. Tech from IIT Madras in 2012. He is involved in the R&D of cardiovascular devices like Reliability studies of TTK Chitra Heart Valve TC2 and Coronary stent system development. Initiated and leading orthotics and rehabilitation device development programs at Institute as a part of SCTIMST Vision 2030. Subhash NN was awarded a Certified reliability professional award (STQC, Govt. of India), Award for the contribution towards the development of TTK Chitra heart valve TC2 (Technology Conclave, SCTIMST), Chitra High Value Fellowship for outstanding Scientists & Engineers in India (SCTIMST), EATON Simulation Technology Pioneer award (EATON, India) and many more.
